As we always preach, hard work pays off. We had a very intense spring season playing with 2 teams; South Central Mountain Lions and PA Renegade Boyz.
After SCML’s season ended; X got permission from Coach Brandon and Kyle to join the Renegades and keep on working. We seen them frequently at tournaments, great coaches that always shown love. X also got to see their squad go undefeated and play in the championship of every tournament. Safe to say, they already had their invite to the national championship tournament in Canton, OH.

One thing that was abundantly clear when X joined the Renegades wasn’t just the sheer amount of talent they had at every position, but the unity and brotherhood the boys created. Those that knew Silus, introduced him to the rest of the squad and they all treated him like one of theirs from day 1. They worked with him and encouraged him to get better, without taking it easy. They explain to each other what they can do to get better or make certain plays and understand that they are a unit with a singular goal.

The intense practices with Renegade Boyz translates to the field. Like we said, we witnessed them compete in every tournament championship, plus win their own leagues championship in Baltimore, MD.

When we got to Canton, it was no different. Yes, a fun experience that we all enjoyed filled with bonding and celebration. Still the boys stayed focused with a mentality of “winning tomorrow”.

The Renegade Boyz went 3-0 to make it to the 11U D2 Championship! Led by Say’vion Preston, Cole Fraker, Cam Patterson, Brandon Cordero Jr., and a mighty offensive and defensive line.

It’s no surprise our younger homies were also invited to compete in the national championship tournament! Led by the great Coach George Patterson, Antonio Munoz, John Kauffman and their sons George ‘GP3’ Patterson, Antonio Munoz Jr., and Noah Kauffman.

The Gremlins were our first travel team. We loved everyone there. They brought the true feelings of “football is family”. Forever grateful to Coach George Patterson for creating that environment.

The D1 National Championship would be the end of the PA Gremlins. So we made sure to catch every minute that we possibly could! X and his brother Brayden Caskey got some great photos of their last games.

The Gremlins landed 5th place after beating the EP Calvary Hit Squad (WV) 35-0!

Thanks to Griddles Malt Shoppe, our sponsors and other donations we were able to reward athletes with jerseys, mouthpieces, back plates and interviews!

Noah Kauffman and Antonio Munoz helped X-Caliber capture the last two games for the Renegade Boyz as they all cheered from the sidelines!

Renegades fell short 8-0 to Columbus Patriots Elite in the 11U D2 Championship. They got to take home a trophy and a silver medal. They also pushed Renegades from being a top 25 team to being ranked #2 in the nation! Earning them an immediate invite to the next D1 National tournament in Dallas, TX this winter!
